Ratings and reviews

There are a couple terrible bugs that make certain functionality unavailable. One example is a crash that I can reproduce 100% of the time when moving funds between pay and transit. Luckily I bruteforced a solution and was able to get it to work by just clicking the buttons very quickly. Something is most definitely wrong with the NFC scan. Another time I was unable to top up because it threw a random error and said verification unavailable. That being said I love the concept. The card works

Scam avoid! Bought a special Seventeen card, topped it up with 20k, it immediately stopped working. Went to help desk at the train station, they said it's broken. I asked them to transfer the balance onto a different card they said they couldn't and didn't know where i could get help. I tried the chat. they offered me a 7k credit! they also would not transfer balance. Address for customer service centre on website, but chat said its old. so they take your money then no help. use Tmoney.

The app was updated and keeps telling me to verify my email after I enter my pin code, but when I do that it says failed, email already in use. Well yes, of course it's in use. It's the one I registered with...... Please fix your app
