Requirements:
Access to the doctor mode is granted by the clinic or office. Patient mode is activated when the doctor sends the activation code after the consultation.

The information recorded in the app is only a record of what the healthcare professional has already assessed or prescribed during the consultation — all clinical decisions are the sole responsibility of the doctor responsible for the patient. Health data synchronized from Apple Health, Google Health Connect, or other devices (steps, sleep, heart rate, blood pressure, etc.) are only for reference for the professional to evaluate and do not replace clinical examinations. In case of emergency or suspected health problem, seek immediate in-person medical attention or call SAMU 192 (Brazilian emergency medical service). The use of iazzo does not replace conventional medical consultation, examination, or treatment.
