after paying for the app, a one off lifetime fee, you can only use the app on the hardware that has the associated MAC address. if you update your hardware of you for any reason decide to do a factory reset your new MAC will no longer be enabled and the app will stop working after 7 days. the app developers will not respond to queries. the advertised email address does not work.

very bad customer service, I am a life time subscriber and I need to transfer my Mac address. they are not allowing. I understand this can be only for monthly subscriber but not for life time subscribers. really it is a bad dealing and handling to customers.

Half the channels don't work in this, but they work just fine in other apps, I know because I had to get another app. This was a waste of money.
