This app was working quite well initially over a year ago. Some updates I guess happened recently and overnight I have some sort of bug tag that overlays on the screen and won't let me use the app. Tried to uninstall and reinstall but this bug tag thing won't even let me sign in. I also had to reinstall app like 3 or 4 times over the last week. Seems like iPhone version on wife's phone works without any problems.
I've had this monitor for a year now. With this kind of device, it's extremely important that it work reliably. For the past few days, the app has been completely broken on my phone. This is on top of previous issues where the app would randomly stop monitoring. If i hadn't already been forced to buy a second monitor, i would have to now.
For the price of this video monitor you would think it would work! I have to use a back up monitor. I have a preemie on oxygen and it's extremely important I have a constant eye on her. Everyone I log I to it, it just spins. I have to reinstall every time. Even than it doesn't usually work. Waste of money
Reinstalling for the 3rd time this week. Updates make it unusable right when I need it the most, grrrrr.... Useless auto-response to my comment. It doesn't keep loading, it keep requiring me to reinstall it, so your suggestion to reinstall it is pointless.
Packing and everything looks great. When you buy this thing... But it's app based. And you can't bloody connect. I'm fuming at this. I'm going to assume the recent android update has stuffed this. Will be checking for a fix guys and very soon
With recent update Norton Mobile is reporting this app as Malware. I uninstalled it and the Norton app advisor for the Google Play Store reports the app safe. Upon install Norton is reporting iBaby Care as Malware. Anyone else experienced this?
