Ratings and reviews

Really disappointed. The monitor had great reviews when we were researching but so far has been pretty useless because the app barely responds and often freezes up. It's easier to just hang out near the baby's room and listen for him. Update 6 years later: Same review. Not useful at all when the app rarely works. Will be buying something else from another brand that is reliably going to show my children on the monitor.

Constant crashing and freezing - This app is terrible. I have to restart this app 3 to 4 times every time I open it in order to monitor my child. The image frequently freezes, so it looks like my child is sleeping when he is not! The mobile and desktop apps need some serious work. Which sucks because the camera itself is great. Great quality image, awesome night vision, and cute music extras. Just the camera is rendered useless by this sub-par app it's attached to.

An utter nightmare. The most used, yet consistently bad app on my phone. If I were trying to make an app that frustrated users, I couldn't do any better. Audio and video cut out constantly. I have to close and re-open the app dozens of times every time my kid is down for a nap. I don't know what you could do to make the app worse, short of having it not open at all, which it sometimes does. Only giving two stars because the actual monitor is great.
