Be careful, especially with your payment info. They will charge you twice and say we have a no refund policy, mind you i didn't try to make payments and accidentally do it twice. I am on a recurring subscription so it was definitely something with the system. I wouldn't care much if their customer service was good. But nooooo it was blame the customer so you don't refund. Once this end its a wrap for me.

The new fix is foolishness. It's not working properly. I've had issues opening my account and it would no let me. When I was finally able to sign in, its stating that my subscription expires after I just paid. I've been trying for 2 days to get in touch with customer support and no one responds to their whatsapp numbers or live chat. This is the worst service ever.

This app is totally a mess. You subscribe and it processes in no time but it takes days to actually reflect on your account. After reaching out to customer care, they ask for a screenshot of payment. Isn't the whole system supposed to automated? The user interface is trash same with the UX. I will simply stick to Netflix. They are reliable. Exactly the reason people neglect locally made products. App sucks your data even when you've made the settings on the app. Data optimization is overly poor
