The app works fine, only to show your credentials and not to actually apply for them through the app. Apply on the website, make an account, upload what you need and save your progress online. Once everything has been approved by the IBCCES, enter your account info on the app and everything will transfer over. Universal Hollywood denies a majority of IBCCES users for 'issues standing for long periods' ; They offer wheelchairs to rent. If you want to truly skip the line, buy Express upgrades

App keeps crashing while trying to upload documentation. Finally had to go to the website to finish registering, then I was able to access my ID on the app
