About this app

SparkRoll is an AI video editor for your own clips. Add a video and it makes a clean edit first: long pauses, filler words like "um" and bad takes are cut out with smooth jump cuts, and nothing is added. Then talk to your video, or type, and it edits itself.

SparkRoll works out the edit and applies it to your video. Every editing tool also works by hand.

AUTO CAPTIONS AND SUBTITLES
- Auto captions and subtitles made from what you say, word by word
- Song lyrics in the background are left out, so captions keep only your speech
- Many caption styles, with your colours and size
- Captions placed off your face and inside the area TikTok and Reels leave visible

GRAPHICS THAT FOLLOW WHAT YOU SAY
Many styles add graphics as you speak:
- Say a price and it counts up on screen
- Say a percentage and a ring chart draws it
- Count off steps and they tick off a checklist
- Compare two things and a side-by-side card shows them
- Ask the chat for a countdown clock or stopwatch, a progress bar, a chart or a checklist
Graphics show only numbers you say, and stay off your face.

HOOKS, STYLES AND EFFECTS
- Hooks: a bold opening line for the first seconds
- Trending styles such as Fly-In and Journey, applied in one tap
- Effects, zoom and camera moves
- Your own text anywhere on the video, for a few seconds, in any caption or hook style
- Music and sound effects from the built-in library
- B-roll from photos you pick
- Match a look: pick a picture of a post you like and SparkRoll matches its lettering

BUILT FOR TIKTOK, REELS AND SHORTS
- A video editor for talking-head videos, vlogs, product videos and tutorials
- Review plays your edit next to the original, showing every cut, and saves a before & after video as a new project
- Export vertical videos sized for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Save to your phone or share with your phone's share menu
- A notification tells you when your video is ready

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- Your video is edited on your phone. The video file is never uploaded.
- AI features stay off until you allow them on a screen that lists what they send. Choose "Not now" and every editing tool still works by hand.
- For AI edits, the words spoken in your video, your messages, voice commands and any picture you pick for Match a look go to our server and our AI providers to work out the edit. They are not kept afterwards.
- No ads. We don't sell your information.
- Editing by hand works without a connection. The clean edit and AI features need one.

EDITING ONLY
SparkRoll is a video editor: it edits what you film. It doesn't generate AI video, voices, images or music.

ACCOUNT, COINS AND PLANS
- An account is required (Google or email), so your plan and coins follow you between phones and the web.
- Try SparkRoll free on 2 videos: the clean edit and up to 30 AI chat messages each.
- Exporting and sharing your finished videos needs a plan. Editing by hand and previewing are free.
- Plans: Starter (weekly), Pro and Elite (monthly) include coins each period. Coin Booster (monthly) adds coins on top of a plan, and coin packs top up a plan and never expire.
- On a plan, coins pay for AI chat. Every AI chat message costs at least 1 coin; bigger AI jobs cost more. Coins aren't refunded for AI results you didn't like.
- Plans renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play.

REPORTING AND YOUR DATA
- Tap "Report" under any AI answer to send it to us for review.
- Delete your account any time in the app (Profile > Account & plan > Delete account) or at sparkroll.app/delete-account/

What’s new

First release of SparkRoll. Add your clip for a clean edit with pauses, "um"s and retakes cut, then talk or type to change it: captions, hooks, styles like Fly-In and Journey, effects, zoom and sound. Graphics follow what you say: prices count up, percentages draw a ring, steps tick off. Captions leave out song lyrics. Review before and after, save a before & after video, and get a notification when your video is ready.
