About this app

IbisSOS Agents is the operational application for security personnel, civil defense, and municipal emergency services. It allows them to receive, manage, and respond to SOS alerts generated by residents through the IbisSOS citizen app, in direct coordination with the municipal monitoring center.
Designed for field use, it prioritizes rapid response, traceability of each intervention, and seamless communication with the dispatch team.
Main Features
Receive alerts in real time via push notifications, with a distinct audible alert for new assignments.
Dual alert view: prioritized list and georeferenced map with the exact location of the citizen who initiated the request for help.
Management of the intervention status throughout its cycle: assigned, en route, on site, and resolved.
Actions on each alert: accept, escalate to another agent or department, close with resolution, and record the details of the actions taken. Internal notes and attachments: Add field observations and photos from the device's camera to document the intervention.
Assisted navigation to the emergency location through integration with the system's map app.
Direct communication with the monitoring center via in-app chat and quick access to phone calls. Configurable agent availability status (available/unavailable) so the monitoring center only assigns alerts to those who are operational.

IbisSOS Agents is a professional-use application intended exclusively for personnel authorized by municipalities and organizations that have contracted the IbisSOS service. Access requires credentials assigned by the system administrator.
