Ratings and reviews

Sinple and effective app for basic IKBR access but won't allow you to login with just biometrics. You need to manually enter your password and then use biometrics every time for login which is both odd and annoying. Every other banking\trading app I have allows login with just your fingerprint if biometrics is enabled.

My entity information changes request has been ignored for a year. I have waited for a year and still under request. It just to changes my birthdaye so i could connect to my WISE account. I need to wait untill my deposit money is ready to use.

Lacks a lot of features like viewing statements or dividends payout. And most of the functions are slow and sluggish. Functions like making deposit/withdrawal are just webpages using the in-app browsers. Most other internet brokers has much better app experience.
