With the invoice app from Continentale Krankenversicherung a.G. you can submit receipts for your health and long-term care insurance (bills, prescriptions, prescriptions, etc.) using your smartphone or tablet.
Activate other functions - such as the digital mailbox, the document parking space and device synchronization - with the TAN, which we will automatically send to you by post.

Register once and get started
You enter your 9-digit insurance number (e.g. 012345678), your first and last name and your date of birth. You can find your insurance number e.g. B. on your insurance card, your insurance certificate or on benefit statements. After you have received confirmation of your registration, you can submit your receipts. This means that you no longer have to send the original receipts by post.
Convenient submission - anytime, anywhere
Scan the QR codes on your invoice conveniently with your smartphone or tablet. If no codes are printed, simply take a picture of the invoice or upload PDF receipts. With the app, you send your invoice data in encrypted form to the Continentale and immediately receive a transfer confirmation.
Our tip:
Before submitting the receipts, please be sure to check whether the possible reimbursement* is higher than the expected reimbursement of your invoices for the calendar year. We recommend that you do not submit any invoices in this case. A multi-year comparison can also be useful.
* Premium refund, lump-sum benefit, no-claims discount
Digital Postbox
Many benefit documents (e.g. benefit statements, benefit commitments) that we would otherwise send by post can be sent to the digital mailbox on request. Persons who are only co-insured in the contract will not receive any mail via the app. We will inform you about new documents with a push notification. Certain documents, e.g. B. We do not send letters with forms to be filled out or time-limited benefit commitments digitally. These will continue to be sent by post.
Reminder before submitting invoices and document parking
If your health insurance plan provides for a refund*, you can “park” your bills. Before submitting the receipts, please be sure to check whether the possible reimbursement is higher than the expected reimbursement of your invoices for the calendar year. We recommend that you do not submit any invoices in this case. A multi-year comparison can also be useful.

We will regularly send you an overview of the amount of your possible premium refund or flat-rate benefit by post. You will usually receive the letter in December. Keep this letter. If the digital postbox is activated in the Continentale invoice app, you will also receive the letter via the digital postbox.
High security and device synchronization
Elaborate encryption processes ensure maximum security. All your data is transmitted in encrypted form. Only Continentale Krankenversicherung a.G. can decrypt your data again.
If you successfully enter your TAN, your submissions and documents will be saved permanently for you and synchronized on all registered devices. When changing devices, nothing will be lost in the future.
