Crashes 100% of the time I try to open mobile tickets. Terrible app until this is fixed. Edit: almost a year later still not fixed, have crazy issues trying to even just transfer a ticket. Why not just make an app that works instead of forcing us to use one that doesn't? Edit 2: 2 years later, no issues resolved. This is the worst app I have ever used, and we are forced onto it for our tickets. Edit: 3 years later, still have issues with not loading tix. I hate this app.

Season ticket holder from the beginning. The app used to be more stable and useful. Now it is bloated with too many bells and whistles, and stability had massively suffered. It is an ongoing issue to access your tickets on consistent basis. The solution often times is to uninstall and reinstall the app to do so. And the prices continue to go up even though the market price for tickets is lower than what season ticket holders pay.

Update: Year later, same. This app fails at it's main goal of being the primary ticket app. You have to reset the app frequently to keep access to tickets. I would rather have paper tickets than have to deal with this. Also, uninstalling and reinstalling only fixes it for a game or two. You will have to do it over and over again. Also the problem is not only affecting "a limited number of people" when your score is so low and the problem is discussed on Reddit, Twitter, and Facebook so often.
