I am unable to transfer money. I can't put in the decimal point between dollar amount and cents. I assume this is the updated app. The rep at the credit union asked me to go to the app store. The app says installed with information about the new update. I opened it. The version is 4.0.3.3.33. Customers can not deposit to the A T M machines anymore. This entire process has been a pain when trying to do simple banking. I have been a member for over 35 years.

This app is so much better than what it used to be. Most of the issues I see from reviews even from just a few months ago have been fixed. You can perform so many functions: appointment setting to see an advisor, transfers, bill pay, even transferring money for free to an external bank up to a certain amount. You can do a cash advance & credit card stuff too. So much is available and I don't know if I even know everything that it can do, and I can do almost everything I need in the app.

Downgraded from 2 to 1. As many others below have said, the check deposit doesn't work. It worked for me 95% of the time for a couple of years, but last few months and after this update, it never works. Doesn't matter what the background is or how much light. IT DOESN'T WORK. 2 months later, more complaints and it still doesn't work. 2 more months and no fix. CU please don't call me. It doesn't work. Fix it. Another month. Still broke. If anyone interested, the one by Paypal works great. Captures fast and sure every time. Paypal just updated their app and now it is even better. Another month, and they updated the app. But still didn't fix the e-deposit. Changed one button, but end result, error message just like all the other complaints. 9 months later - still broken. Two more months and a new phone, still can't deposit checks.
