The iLogistics Go app is envisaged as a mobile solution that complements the iLogistics application. The app provides the traveller an integrated travel solution covering all modes of travel. In addition, the app also serves as an enabler for improving fleet utilization by tracking driver/vehicle availability at a location and also tracking location updates of drivers for ensuring safety of travellers.

Was working ok enough for last year and a half. 2 weeks ago when coming to work was unable to use app as it wouldn't open saying "does not work on rooted devices". My S25 Ultra is not rooted so unknown why it wouldn't let me use it. Now I can but dark mode will not toggle on. Not sure what they did with 2 most recent updates other than make app less useful.

I was recently logged out of the app after having to use the 'forget password' option to recover my password. I now get a vague 'user locked' message with no other information. I tried reaching out to the support email but it is full and won't accept my email. App is fine while you're logged in but if anything goes wrong, good luck getting help to fix it.

The app used to work great, I have been using it for 18months. This week it has logged me out twice. 2nd time I tried to log in kept telling me username or password was wrong (they were not). Went with forgot password route, reset it and went to log in. It has locked me out on my 1st sign in attempt with no warnings. Sent an email to support and it came back saying it could not accept because their email was full! If you don't need this app stay away.
