Reliable company with friendly drivers as other commenters have said. Not without flaws, a couple of times I was charged twice for one trip, I still don't know whether it's the impudence of some drivers, problems in the app, which doesn't show drivers that I paid for the trip from my card, or whether it's the bank. Also quite often you try to order a taxi for a certain date or time and it shows you "no drivers available" no matter how long in advance you try to book a taxi.
