This was my first time using the app. It was easy to set up my account, schedule a pickup day and time, and make changes if necessary. Going and coming home, the drivers arrived on time or early, drove safely, and their cars were clean. The app notified me how far away my driver was on a map, the driver called me, and the app automatically called me. This maybe my best taxi experience to date. The only problem is that it's too easy to reset the home location if the pin on the map moves.

I waited 45 minutes to be assigned a driver. Then my driver didn't pick me up. Next time I made a reservation the day before. I was picked up more than 20 minutes late, but at least he picked me up.

It has nothing to do with the drivers themselves. but it takes a long time to find a driver, often. and when it does actually find a driver, it will say it's one minute away, for 10 to 15 minutes.
