Recent update is so frustrating...I book at least once a day and have to uninstall then reinstall the app before I can book...not ideal if you are a female trying to book from say a train station late at night...the app prior to the update worked perfectly, can we go back please? Also miss knowing the eta, which was available in previous app.

Needs alot of improvement! Generally OK but the "rate your trip" option comes up almost 24 hours after the journey & then bombards me with constant notifications to rate the trip as it gets stuck in a loop!! I've had to turn notifications off now as it wouldn't stop doing this!! Tracking not good either as it says the driver will be here in one minute the whole time!Addresses show as Rochester for Maidstone & email receipts have the time of the trip an hour later than it was! Needs fixing ASAP!

Awful update!! Why have you changed the old app which worked fine?? New update doesn't recognise some post codes, if you have your location turned on when entering the address to be picked up from it defaults to where it THINKS you are based on your location which is sometimes STREETS away, and it STILL has problems with Google pay. Awful, awful, awful!!!!
