I like having a taxi app tracker ..it takes the stress out of it all..I don't mind how long it takes to arrive or if the driver is having a break I just like knowing where it is so we don't have to stand at the window starring out of it in panic if I missed it or not noticed it...one little thing after it's last update it difficult to pin my location address down tight enough to actually where I am ..I think it's a technical bug but once that's fixed it should be back to normal.

Just awful. Tried them as they were quoting a few pounds cheaper than Uber. Confirmed the booking and was told my taxi was 6 minutes away but I watched as he drove around my local area for a good 20 mins before deciding to head anywhere near my location. The total price then ended up being over 20% higher than what I was quoted and I was charged a 'waiting' fee despite having been stood outside my house in the street for 20 minutes and hopping into the taxi the second it arrive. Absoutle scum!

App is simple enough to use but the prebooking part is a waste of time. I needed to book a car to pick me up at 0730 (peak time) so I booked it on the app the day before. The app only tried assigning the job 10 minutes before I needed to be on my way... Needless to say there was no taxi at 0730... should have used uber!
