It's so easy and quick to use. Download the App and register just once. Our intelligent software will suggest your favourite Pick Up locations, and you're ready to book your a car.
When you make a bookings, we'll notify you by Push Notification as your car is dispatched. We'll also inform you when your car is 2 minutes away, giving you additional details such as registration number, make, model and vehicle colour.

Ratings and reviews

The apps not bad, sometimes a bit glitchy. You can be tracking your car once it's been allocated, then suddenly it claims it's waiting for the car to be dispatched with no explanation. Other than a couple of glitches, the only real problem I've had is that you can't change your phone number, so I'm currently unable to tell if my car has been cancelled or if it's just a glitch, also when you try to change your email address it comes up with an error.

Edit - I thought I had been overcharged. But after seeing the £6.76 was only a pending amount and the fact I did get charged the correct. App works great and totally understand them taking a pending fee as a lot of people will redirect routes or be bams and try to exploit. Never had an issue with Wellman in 15 years of using them. Thanks folks and keep up the good work.

App regularly doesn't do what it says. I've used my location to call a taxi with it turn up the other end of Glasgow and they blame me for it. Additionally pre-booked taxis are useless. I booked 5 hours in advance and the taxi was still late by 20 mins making me miss my train and back up train, why accept a booking if you cannot meet it.
