Absolutely the most ridiculous experience. I attempted to become a client. However, via using the app and website on both my tablet and my smartphone, I wasn't able to complete the application due to error messages and website bugs. I spent time on the phone with their customer service at the end of the call the representative told me that because they couldn't get it to work, I couldn't be a client of the bank. I have never had a bank deny me as a client due to their bad infrastructure.

so far I have not been able to make one deposit. I linked my bank, I get to the page where I have to select which pibank account, and nothing comes up it won't even let me click on it. Update: First problem was solved, then it kept saying there was an error and make sure I had enough money to transfer. I did. Tried emailing customer service and my email bounced back saying the email wasn't valid. Now my bank was disconnected from plaid and I can't reconnect due to "server error"

I can't access my money and need to get it out before this company completely tanks. This is absolutely the least user/customer-friendly bank and app ever. The app is in a continuous loop of "user session expired" and sending a new 4-digit code. You try to sign in again and get the same response, and it sends another code, rinse and repeat.
