Very hard to register with this app. It's OCR system has the hardest time reading the card details. And even on the rare chance that it did, it failed to register in the end stating that the app is unable to register at the moment. EDIT: I did create a support ticket and yes the registration error did get fixed. But the issue with OCR still persists. It's inconsistent. Genuinely an alternative to OCR would be ideal. Increasing rating to 3, would review again after using the app for a while.

very disappointing. it won't scan my documents (PR card). you cant decide which camera on a phone to use. allow the device use its best camera to scan. you force devices to use wide range camera which is not designed to pick small characters. for God's sake, this is 2026. phone have 3 cameras abd each has its function. you cant force phones to use wide angle cameras instead of just allowing the device to use the best camera designed to scanning. it's a disappointing effort

I am very disappointed with the Canoo app and customer support. I have been facing a problem with my account for more than a week, and I have tried to contact Canoo several times, but I have not been able to get any response or proper help through any method. I made a mistake when creating my account, and since then I have been unable to access or create a new account. I have tried contacting support, but no one has resolved my issue.
