About this app

iCespiti is the professional application for managing and inventorying company assets via barcode scanning. It is designed for those who need to register, monitor, and account for large quantities of assets—even thousands of assets spread across multiple locations, warehouses, and cost centers—replacing paper forms and spreadsheets with a fast, accurate, and traceable digital workflow.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Log in with your company account.
2. The app downloads the entire fixed asset database to your device, so you can work even without an internet connection.
3. Start an inventory by selecting the cost center you want to monitor.
4. Scan the barcode of each asset: the app instantly recognizes it and adds it to the count.
5. Finally, complete the inventory and the summary is automatically sent to your management system.

INTELLIGENT SCANNING
• Instantly read barcodes and QR codes with the camera.
• Offline-first recognition: the asset is searched first in the local database and, only if necessary, on the server.
• With each scan, you immediately see the definition, code, location, cost center, and acquisition date, with one-tap confirmation.

TRUE OFFLINE OPERATION
• Complete database replicated on the device: no dependence on a connection during the inspection.
• Work in warehouses, archives, sheds, basements, or remote locations without coverage.
• Scans and inventories created offline are saved and automatically synchronize when you return online.
