For IC members, simply download and launch the new app and login using the same credentials you currently use. Any time I have an issue with my account I called Customer service they are fixing it right away

This Sucks !!!! Made it even more difficult to make a quick Payment or Loan Payment harder !! I was used to conveniently paying my Loan having my E-Reciepts emailed when it got Paid, now I gotta go through hoops and clicks all over an app that isn't fluid enough to make it a Breeze to pay something.. figure this out because if I take a hit on my Credit Score over a Delay or Gap I'm gonna be Pissed beyond comprehension over IT technician or App Developers Hastyness Mistakes or Problem solving...

This app is awful. I can not pay my credit cards anymore. My balances are wrong. There are extra accounts I don't even recognize. Basically, I have to go to the bank to pull money out, bring it to my other bank to pay other bills. Thanks ICFC for making a peice of junk.
