In previous version of app, complaint status showed either open, on the job, or booked. New version just shows complaint as either open or resolved. Not sure if any action is taken. Also, after entering vehicle number, it does not allow to enter location where violation occurred. It wants to get location via gps, so if I am at home, it takes my home location.
Used to be good,click a picture and you are done. Probably they no longer want us to submit complaints hence they added a additional step to type in the exact number plate also ...which is a big hassle especially on mobile phones ... They claim it's to speed up the process..but for whom ? Them.Making it much more difficult for volunteers and also making sure much less tickets are raised
The provision to enter address manually just does not work. Moment user tries to make a complaint ensure that photo is uploaded to server. Rest details can be taken later. What if my net connection goes off after taking photo? Why manually provide number plate to you? To reduce your job? Though your intentions are good, you did a pathetic job in app building.
Use to be great and easy to use. Now it is not great. Here are some reasons, 1. Unable to post violation. 2. OTP to verify phone number is never received, even after multiple attempts. 3. Earlier it was easy to browse thru pictures or videos from gallery, with option to select the camera folder from which pic or video needs to be uploaded. Now it just shows all pictures at same place, including ones from whatsapp and other apps. Making it really difficult to find the photo or video. Please bring back the option to select folders from which pic or video needs to be uploaded.
Compare to older versions it is not user friendly and it will take long time to upload, need to provide editing options for uploaded complaints
It doesn't allow logging in via email or Mobile number.. never got the otp delivered. Just stuck at the login screen. Useless app
