Not your ordinary flash card app. The possibility of what it can be used to "keep things in mind". I have tried several options out there this is by far the most powerful, flexible and compatible app. Both desktop/mobile all checks. It's not just the med students but any curious soul who isn't making use of it might be missing one heck of a gem. Best of all its free and open source - what a time to live.

I consider this to be one of the most important apps I've used. I've used it to memorize everything from new foreign language vocabulary to crafting recipes in video games and, in some cases, nearly entire textbooks. It's amazing what you can do with this program if you combine it with a few proven memorization principles from books like "Unlimited Memory".

This app is very powerful. Problem is, all its features -- basic and advanced -- are made equally prominent in the menus and options. So it's difficult to find and use the BASIC features that 90% of people want. Yes, there's the manual -- but people just don't have the time to dig through it. It would be great if this app "tiered" its features so that all the basics were easily available and more advanced ones were more tucked away.

Hi there! We have debated this. Originally I did not like it personally, while others liked the idea. No one felt that strongly about it though and the idea sat. Your review is timely though. I thought about it again recently and I think this may be the only way to solve the UI tangle. Either way, glad you're getting results, happy reviewing :-)
