worst securities trading account. too slow, order - pending/ executed will not open easily, only refresh. Most of the time only - circle going on and on. Account does not open immediately. I have 2 accounts, will wait for some time and then close. support is useless, service request does not have is hopeless- why I have to write my problems in 400( four hundred letters.

I have lost money trying to do intra day using this app. I am using this only because I trust the icici bank. But seriously disappointed with how it works, after successful buy, the open position is shown empty..after I close the app and open it again then it shows the amount...by that time ..all my calculations are down the hill. There is lag in everything.

The customer service is very bad. I would never recommend the ICICI Direct platform to any investor or trader. I have been trying to open an account for the last two months, but their response is still poor. I think they don't want ordinary middle-class customers. The response from customer service and the local customer support agent has been very poor.
