Ratings and reviews

Updating my review once again after the development team response. The app performance is still very ugly. During the trading hours data doesn't get loaded and the app crashes within 15 to 20 seconds of it's launch. You need to look into this and apply the required fix. For someone banking on this app for his trading, it's turning out to be a nightmare and becoming impossible to trade. Kindly fix the issues with performance and data loading into the app.

the app keeps having one issue or the other.. since past 1 week the mobile app is not working, can't login as it keeping showing error something went wrong we couldn't fetch the data. Also the support team has been extremely slow in their response

Dear ICICI Team, The trading app is too much slow to use for trading and keep processing for several minutes even on high speed 5G network which makes trading impossible at the right time. Moreover, there was no reply to my email regarding this concern and your representatives simply says they cannot do anything with this issue. Kindly fix this issue so that we can trade without any issue. thank you in anticipation! Vikas
