Ratings and reviews

ICICI direct needs too much improvement. It's very behind than some other brokers. High charges with no regular facilities. Details are not enough. poor option chain. poor with charts. Need to improve a lot. Not suitable for options trading. it's just for regular holding with high charges.

Simply the best demat App, giving unparalleled flexibility and user friendliness.. every detail about trade n scrips is present that u may ask for and always at the right place ...HOWEVER ..one thing is really VERY bad...the Auto square, off ...in case of a Margin shortfall, occurs without any prior information,... at least it should be notified in advance on sms & mail so that the funds may be replenished by the user instead of square off

Recently, ICICI Direct introduced a feature called "Import External Mutual Fund Holdings" so that one can view and track them all at one place in ICICI Direct. This is a basic feature in many MF Apps. But this feature is not at all working in ICICI Direct app for more than a month, in fact it never worked for me since its launch. I informed RM, called Customer Support, but no use. It is highly unexpected from ICICI Direct that you launch a feature and it just doesn't work at all!
