Ick Log is a private journal for the small stuff you'd usually explain away.
Relationships build up in little moments. The thing that sat wrong. The pattern you told yourself wasn't a pattern. The feeling you didn't say out loud. Ick Log gives you a place to write those down, tag how they felt, and read them back later so you can see what's actually been going on.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Write private entries. Jot down a moment, a red flag, or a feeling, and tag it with a mood, category, and intensity so it's easy to find later.
Keep notes on people. Track the people in your life under nicknames you pick. Ick Log asks for nicknames, not real names.
Say it out loud. When you don't feel like typing, talk it through with the voice companion instead. It listens, and you get a written recap to keep.
Spot what keeps coming up. Ick Log surfaces themes across your entries, so the things you circle back to get easier to see.
Export anytime. Save your journal as a PDF whenever you want it.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your journal stays yours. No social feed, nothing public, and your entries aren't shared with other users. Lock the app behind Face ID or your fingerprint, and delete your account and everything in it from inside the app whenever you want.
WHAT ICK LOG ISN'T
Ick Log is a place to reflect, not a therapist or a crisis service. If something serious is going on, please reach out to someone you trust or a local helpline. The app can show support resources for your region when it looks like you might need them.
Ick Log is for adults (18+).
