such a fraudulent shopping app, where you place order money from account, eveb order number issued, but they are saying your order is cancelled due to non-payment. All officially mentioned contact helpline phone numbers are unavailable, no such a way of communication, if you pass a ticket they will answer it and close your ticket so can't able to reply communicate to them, bank is also not accepting to reverse it such a ridiculous experience.

Pathetic user experience. An order that was supposed to be delivered within 3 to 4 days has not been delivered in almost a month. Moreover, they have the worst customer care service. Even after submitting complaint tickets, they won't lift a finger to look after your queries. I suggest uninstalling this app, as it's an extra burden on your smartphone.

I wish there was an option of 0 stars, i would give telemart that. When you book something, they ask you to pay in advance, after that they start their quest for your product(they dont have it available in their inventory) and after wait of excruciating 3 to 4 weeks, they will deliver your product. Plus they dont pick up phone.
