Pathetic user experience. An order that was supposed to be delivered within 3 to 4 days has not been delivered in almost a month. Moreover, they have the worst customer care service. Even after submitting complaint tickets, they won't lift a finger to look after your queries. I suggest uninstalling this app, as it's an extra burden on your smartphone.

It's just a scam such a really, very bad experienced very disappointed. after a long time, i didn't receive my parcel,i paid online . and there is no any response and they are not refunding paymen. Fom customer support even if their customer support email and whatsap. and their helpline number is off. They are just scammers.

worst platform, zero customer service, absolutely no way to get a response from them, I placed an order and it's been 12 days it's processing, I also paid in advance, now there is no way to cancel l, refund or get the package, highly non professional platform my advise stay away
