Pathetic user experience. An order that was supposed to be delivered within 3 to 4 days has not been delivered in almost a month. Moreover, they have the worst customer care service. Even after submitting complaint tickets, they won't lift a finger to look after your queries. I suggest uninstalling this app, as it's an extra burden on your smartphone.

I ordered a product on 11 April 2024, which was suppose to arrive on 18 April. Didn't delivered on that date, tracking isn't available. When I tried to contact them on 22nd April, I found that provided Contact number is unavailable. I tried to reach them through social media channels, they asked for order number which I provided, since then there is no response on social media either.

The app scrollig experience is extremely slow. When I get down to bottom I have to wait for results to load. Then when the results are loaded, scrolling further down the page is hell and like a crawling turtle. First i thought my phone or internet has a problem. But no its the app which is buggy and sluggish to load results and scrolling experience.
