Ratings and reviews

Zero issues with the app. Tip for other users: When searching for your organization, type it in with no spaces. Mine, for instance was gymnastics so I had to type it in as socogymnastics and it popped right up. A little odd, yes, but it even gives you an example of how to enter the organization you're searching for. Everything works flawlessly and I was able to make a payment without a hitch.

Didn't work. Forgetting that you can not use the space bar to start off, I tried searching for my daughters academy and would not work. Tried every way I could think to type it in. 7 or 8 attempts and nothing came up. Just a garbage app. Talked to the academy directly and they said a lot of issues have been reported to them with this app and they are looking into an alternative way to conduct business away from this app

I am encountering an issue accessing my organisation. Despite updating the application and my device's software, and attempting to re-add my organisation via the search function, the application remains unresponsive, stuck on the initial start screen. This is preventing me from enrolling in swimming lessons, as this application is the sole method for registration. I have a samsung, is this app not compatible anymore??
