- Strict Qualification/Identity Verification
Physician and medical student users are verified using a medical license or student ID. This verification is combined with identity verification via the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare's qualification verification search site and driver's license to prevent identity theft.
General users are verified using a driver's license or other identification document. A screening process is also conducted by the operator.

How to Use iCoi

・This app is available only to single people aged 18 or older. ・Those currently in a relationship or married are not eligible to register or use the app. ・Some features (such as messaging) require payment. ・This service is not intended to introduce potential spouses or guarantee a marriage. ・Paid membership plans are automatically billed every 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. ・Physician and medical student members can use the messaging feature for free. ・General members can use the messaging feature after registering for a paid membership. ・Payments will be charged to your Google account after purchase. - Automatic recurring billing will automatically renew unless you change the setting at least 24 hours before the end of the period. - You can turn off automatic renewal at any time from the [Subscription Management] screen in Google Play. - Subscriptions on Google Play are not linked to your membership status for this app. Therefore, your subscription will not automatically stop even if you change to a free membership, cancel your membership, or uninstall the app. - Once automatic billing is canceled, you will be converted to a free membership from the next renewal date onwards (you will be able to use the service as a paid member until the renewal date).
