It would not accept my login credentials that work on my laptop. When I signed in with the churchwide credentials it suggested I get a new credential that would enable me to view this on my phone. I think the app should automatically be designed to be viewed on a smartphone

It seems like you have a great database and management solution, but on my Moto g7 Play, it does not work like an app should. It seems more like an iframe and there are text/object boundaries that are not playing well with one another.

It's not a mobile interface. It looks just like the desktop. You can't see everything on a phone and have to scroll left to right. Not useful.
