Don't ever ever think of installing this Wifi, worst, there is no mobile network at my home at all, no Jio, no Airtel, so I bought this Pioneer WiFi, this is the worst company and network, they receive ur calls only when u want to buy, if u call them for any issue of network, they never even answer calls or reply to ur messages. From past 6 days, there is no network of WiFi, I raised complaint 2 times on the app and no response till now, and the issue is not even fixed at all.

It's the worst experience. I will recommend not to install this wifi connection. Every month there are fibre cut issue which takes around a week to fix. Technical team will not receive ur calls to address any of the queries.

Network and service is very bad. always facing issue with internet disconnect and no updates from team on resolution. not recommended for anyone. more than wifi bill, I have paid for data recharges due to wifi issues.
