Being a customer of Pioneer broadband from 7- 8 years, I am writing this review. Worst mobile application. The response from the technical team is good in fixing the issues but the application is disastrous. No copy of message or email when we register complaint, App always keeps invoicing issue. It doesn't generate the invoice nor they send the invoice to our mail. For this also every month ai need to register the complainant.

Can't imagine such an appalling app even exists today. Besides the problems mentioned by other users this app gets an error while making the payment. The only solution is to uninstall and reinstall again. I use the web url to make the payment and never this app. The only reason I download it is to get the invoice which is not available otherwise, after which I uninstall it. Month after month !!!

I like not to give atleast 1 star also. recently I relocated from my location and asked to get connection transfer here but they said v r not available there ,then asked for refund and it's been more than 3 months but didn't get any call from Pioneer customer care or any 1 from team Pioneer . bad experience with Pioneer
