Being a customer of Pioneer broadband from 7- 8 years, I am writing this review. Worst mobile application. The response from the technical team is good in fixing the issues but the application is disastrous. No copy of message or email when we register complaint, App always keeps invoicing issue. It doesn't generate the invoice nor they send the invoice to our mail. For this also every month ai need to register the complainant.

Can't imagine such an appalling app even exists today. Besides the problems mentioned by other users this app gets an error while making the payment. The only solution is to uninstall and reinstall again. I use the web url to make the payment and never this app. The only reason I download it is to get the invoice which is not available otherwise, after which I uninstall it. Month after month !!!

I am extremely disappointed with Pioneer WiFi. The service is very poor and customer support is unprofessional. My WiFi has been down for 4 days and despite repeated complaints, the issue is not resolved. Every day they say “it will be fixed by end of the day,” but nothing happens. The number 91548 50214 from Pioneer keeps cutting calls and not answering properly. Very rude behavior and careless attitude. Totally unreliable service, not recommended at all.
