ACTIVATE THE APP
1. Download the ICS Creditcard app on your device.
2. Enter your credit card details and address.
3. Enter the verification codes you’ll receive by email and SMS.
4. Take a picture of your identification document and scan the NFC chip.
5. Choose your 5-digit access code.

Ratings and reviews

2 years later: update review... nothing has changed. The app still has the same problems preventing you from logging in and authorising payments. Awful. The app FREQUENTLY is unable to login due to an unexplained error. In some cases it lasts 15 minutes. In some cases it lasts for 2 days. In any case, I have NEVER had so much trouble logging into an app that the end goal is to spend money. Find a different card provider. Find a different app. Do not rely on this bottom of the barrel service.

Have to keep logging in, but the biggest issue is that i can't generate e-codes. Which basically means i can't buy things online unless i am sitting behind my laptop, logged in through the browser. Are you guys serious?! I hope whoever is in charge of security here is better at their job than whoever is in charge of the app. Get this fixed! Now!

I've had the app for months but the login stopped working. It kept giving me an error code saying it can't connect to the server. So I removed my account and reinstalled it but it still won't work. From other reviews, I gather that these problems can be caused by being out of the country, which is absurd. Other reviews mention that the phone's time and date must be set to automatic, which mine are. So that can't be the problem. It simply won't work.
