Not very clear site. Some functions are difficult to locate and I had to call the help desk, which is helpful, to understand. Seems it is now also Visa??! Lack of clarity. You also have to make it very clear how to payback as they decide for you without checking! . Otherwise functions adequately.

The only way to verify your ID and to enter your birthdate is to click back through a calendar on a month by month basis, which in my case was 660 clicks. A cumbersome, inefficient time consuming user unfriendly experience.

How annoying that when you enter your date of birth, no scroll menu appears, so you have to click back to enter the correct information. The ideal button doesn't start the banking app, instead ask to open with a browser or pdf app. Pls fix this

In our app you can now deposit money more easily onto your card. iDEAL is being expanded with a new payment method for choosing your bank. This way you can still pay for your purchases with your credit card.
