At least once a month the app requires me to sign back in. Currently not receiving 6 digit code so unable to sign in via my own phone. Tried restarting phone. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app. Clearing cache and data didnt help either.

I have encountered the bug of not receiving the code to log into the application. Have encountered a new bug that causes my phone keyboard to close when trying to write a DAR. I am wondering if the code is just broken and full of band aid fixes. It needs serious fixing.

Adding a terrible time trying to log back in. I have been with the company for 4 years and now. I cannot get into the app at all. It does not send a verification code to my phone number at all, and there's nobody to call. I sent an email, but no reply
