This APP cost me headache, money, and frustration, I told them in the branch, many times that I am leaving Jordan to south Asia, and I DO NEED to access my account from there, more than 5 times they said yes, I opened a local Jordanian phone line, just to make sure the APP will work overseas . the branch manager, have no clue, and the clerks, whom are very polite, don't know a thing. now : should I travel 7000 miles, just to make a withdrawal or access my account ???

12x41= 492, this is how many times i had to change the months in the calender to pick my birth date to make a registration, after that i was told that i'm already registered (this was more than 10 years ago on ebanking) ... Ok... Trying to log in using (i forgot my password) option the app transfer Ed me to registration page and frankly i don't want to swap months 492 times again. I don't know what the genius who designed this app was thinking.
