This app is frustrating to use. Right from the start, the main interface does not provide a clear sign-up option, making it unclear how a new user is supposed to register for access. Instead, it prompts users to choose a username and password without any prior registration process. Unfortunately, it seems that the company has not taken steps to address this issue. Despite similar concerns raised in other reviews, there’s been no effort to update the app or respond to user feedback.

Bad overall, all you can do is check your account.. You can't even buy any type of gift card.. And there is a bigger issue with its buggy sign in which sometimes takes more tries and now it's locked and when you go to the bank they tell you pay 10 USD to restore your account. This app is not worth it.

The app is just a trash. Just keep crashing, and i am not even signed in, and it keeps saying already logged in. In addition, horrible customer service. In conclusion, bad bank, app, and customer service is even worse. If there is less than 1 star, I will give it, but unfortunately, 1 star is the least.
