I used to like the app until couple of months ago when I started to have an issue with the eFAWATEERcom functionalities where I try to pay my bills through the app and suddenly the issue appeared. I have contacted support multiple times, went to different branches and sent multiple emails to the support with no help. Im super frustrated by the lack of support and customer care and sincerely considering moving to another bank.

The worst app and bank ever. I'm having a hard time getting to my account whenever I need to check it due to the biometric restrictions thing and I need to change my password every now and then and keep checking if the fingerprint is working or not and it doesn't work. You don't have the control on your account or cards since the app is useless.

I used to hate safwa mobile app because it was so buggy, but now it has improved significantly, no bugs no crashes. I gave it 4 stars because the look and feel and user experience needs to be improved, but anyway it is much better than before, thank you and please improve the interface design
