Doesn't work at all , I can't believe we are in 2023 and a bank Doesn't have the means to make a useful application, what is funny that in top of that they are charging electronic services every month and they don't have any electronic services they are still in 1980's! Can't you see all the reviews from all your customers??? don't tell me to call or contact us. Just fix your app, that is it, and enjoy charging us your junk fees every month!

The worst app and bank ever. I'm having a hard time getting to my account whenever I need to check it due to the biometric restrictions thing and I need to change my password every now and then and keep checking if the fingerprint is working or not and it doesn't work. You don't have the control on your account or cards since the app is useless.

Can't even log in , I keep getting the error message "Maximum allowed active devices is 1" , even though Im not logged in from any other device and can log in and out of the web safwa online just fine , waited over a day and tried again without using the app or logging in from another device , no luck , Cleared the app data still the same . The app , and the bank itself need a lot of work.
