The app is practically useless. It seems well developed (technically), but the waiting lists are far too limited so you can't get on a list and see that you have, for example, a 4 or 6 hour wait. That would allow you to go about your day and show up when they told you too. Also, it does not include functionality for creating an appointment with a particular clinic (some clinics apparently will let you create appointments), it only handles walk-ins and small waiting lists.

The app fails to show the "Checked-In" status a few minutes after checking in, sometimes. Therefore, there is no way to figure out my estimated wait time from the time I checked in. Additionally, since I cannot see whether I'm checked in at the location or not, I cannot cancel if I have to. When the app operates properly though, I find that it definitely serves its purpose - I do not have to physically wait in line for long. I'm in and out of the Dynacare location in 15-30 minutes max.

The app is useless. It didn't provide texts with updated wait times. The wait time just kept getting longer, and it stopped indicating my wait time, so I had no idea when to go in. Then I received a text saying that I didn't show up, so it canceled my reservation.
