Visiting Dynacare is now easier than ever. Let your name wait for you, while you do more important things. Dynacare utilizes ICS Net Check In™ to allow you to check in for a service using your phone, tablet or via the web.

This app allows you to add your name to the wait list for medical testing, so that you don't have to wait as long.You can check in ahead of time for blood testing, an electrocardiogram (ECG), a basophil activation test, or other common tests.

The app is practically useless. It seems well developed (technically), but the waiting lists are far too limited so you can't get on a list and see that you have, for example, a 4 or 6 hour wait. That would allow you to go about your day and show up when they told you too. Also, it does not include functionality for creating an appointment with a particular clinic (some clinics apparently will let you create appointments), it only handles walk-ins and small waiting lists.

The app fails to show the "Checked-In" status a few minutes after checking in, sometimes. Therefore, there is no way to figure out my estimated wait time from the time I checked in. Additionally, since I cannot see whether I'm checked in at the location or not, I cannot cancel if I have to. When the app operates properly though, I find that it definitely serves its purpose - I do not have to physically wait in line for long. I'm in and out of the Dynacare location in 15-30 minutes max.

Despite having location services on, the app only shows locations in Quebec. Since there is no option to check in online via web anymore, you've effectively stopped any web check ins on Ontario. Hope you at least re-enble the web options while you fix your app.
