The app is practically useless. It seems well developed (technically), but the waiting lists are far too limited so you can't get on a list and see that you have, for example, a 4 or 6 hour wait. That would allow you to go about your day and show up when they told you too. Also, it does not include functionality for creating an appointment with a particular clinic (some clinics apparently will let you create appointments), it only handles walk-ins and small waiting lists.

The app fails to show the "Checked-In" status a few minutes after checking in, sometimes. Therefore, there is no way to figure out my estimated wait time from the time I checked in. Additionally, since I cannot see whether I'm checked in at the location or not, I cannot cancel if I have to. When the app operates properly though, I find that it definitely serves its purpose - I do not have to physically wait in line for long. I'm in and out of the Dynacare location in 15-30 minutes max.

My results don't show on the app. I have tried emailing Dynacare multiple times, and my emails have not been answered. I have emailed asking for a refund for this paid app, but there has been no response. Perhaps others have had no issue with the app, idk, but from my experience, the lab itself is fine, but the app and the customer service for the app is horrible. I do not recommend the app.
