I booked online. No option to upload my requisition. I get to my timeslot in advance, they tell me to upload my req through this app. The app DOES NOT ALLOW anything until you put in a request for an appointment. Trouble is, the Cleopatra Rd. location DOESN'T COME UP. I was literally standing in that location speaking with the staff at the time, so I'm pretty sure it's legit. Still... it cost me my spot in line and an hour+ was added to my wait. Zero stars.

The app is practically useless. It seems well developed (technically), but the waiting lists are far too limited so you can't get on a list and see that you have, for example, a 4 or 6 hour wait. That would allow you to go about your day and show up when they told you too. Also, it does not include functionality for creating an appointment with a particular clinic (some clinics apparently will let you create appointments), it only handles walk-ins and small waiting lists.

The app fails to show the "Checked-In" status a few minutes after checking in, sometimes. Therefore, there is no way to figure out my estimated wait time from the time I checked in. Additionally, since I cannot see whether I'm checked in at the location or not, I cannot cancel if I have to. When the app operates properly though, I find that it definitely serves its purpose - I do not have to physically wait in line for long. I'm in and out of the Dynacare location in 15-30 minutes max.
