wonderful system! never have to wait long, save time, check in at home before heading to the Lab!

What is the point of a remote check in ... So i can arrive see my name next in line and then you take 7 other people on the list behind and i still wait 25 mins! The app is totally useless! Might as well waste my time with a coffee cup made of thin chocolate!

The app only gives you the form to check in online when the lab is open for business. Otherwise it does not give you a warning. Very confusing when you use it for the first time.
