About this app

A fleet management mobile application for drivers and field workers that will improve the efficiency of transport companies, delivery services and other businesses. Available only to clients who have access to the platform!

Driverlink features include:

Dashboard - a place to overview and quickly access all relevant information;

Communication tool - provides successful communication between the back-office and drivers/field workers. Users can send messages, exchange photos, videos and other media on-the-go;

Mobile tracking - a built-in mobile tracker functionality;

Route history - a complete log with all of the driver's previous travels. Add comments, client names and costs to each route and view reports in the platform;

Forms - everyday paper forms such as delivery forms, expense forms, inventory forms and even accident report forms, now available digitally for around-the-clock access and instant submission. Created and customized by managers, acquiring only the most essential data and allows for immediate processing;

Vehicle Inspections - a section specifically designed to perform checks and account for the vehicle technical status in a quick and effortless way. Allows to stay on top of your fleet maintenance and reduce repair costs that can easily be avoided;

Driver Behaviour - a driving performance rating, based on ECO speed, idling time, cruise control usage, coasting, harsh braking, acceleration and cornering, green RPM, etc.;

Route Planning - shows pre-planned routes from managers, allows for use in the driver's preferred navigation app and provides room for comments and files, which are significant for the journey;

Worktime - an easy to use space to account for working time, break time, overtime and more.

Ratings and reviews

Fairy poor system. Messages don't stay visible like, WhatsApp say, so no internet no access to messages. No message means no collection ref number, no GMR, etc. Trip history is totally incorrect and no where near where I have actually been. I have to jump through hoops to register damage to my vehicle during inspection, to the point that it just isn't worth it. If I owned a transport company I definitely wouldn't utilise this system.

Handy system. Makes the walkabouts and driving time much easier..

Great app for drivers and employes.
