I am incredibly happy with Ideal CU. I transferred all of my accounts to Ideal many years ago, including my debit and credit cards, which they watch over like a hawk for my security. I've also gotten my mortgage loan and recently a home equity loan through them. I've even managed all of my accounts easily through their online banking system while I have to work in chicago! Every employee has been great at their jobs and friendly. Plus all interest rates are better for us customers!

What the hell did you just do to your app. The ridiculous and unnecessary amount of CONSTANT re-verification is annoying and ridiculous. I have been a member here, and had the same PC and phone, lived in the same area for YEARS. Why this stupid thing keeps needing to verify again and again despite clicking 'remember this device' every time is nauseating. I now get 'potential identity theft' notifications all the time for basic shopping. PLEASE FIX THIS.

I'm about to go to my bank take all my money out and have it not be my bank anymore!!. Ideal Credit Union charged me for almost $600 in multiple $36 overdraft fees!!.I mean who does that to their long time clients!!..& I explained to the lady that I have the money in my savings $1,900 to be exact. & I was about to top off my checking account but They allowed that to happen instead! they're app loads slow & stupidly LAGS!!.& THE REASON WHY THEY HAVEN'T UPDATED THEIR APP:They milked me for $65
