Not user friendly, I'll be refinancing ASAP. I can't even use the app because it tells me my username/password are incorrect, but the exact same username and password work when I sign-in using a browser. They also require you to provide your account number if you select the 'forgot username' or 'forgot password' options, but you need access to your account in order to get your account number.. They don't accept your member number or the last four digits that are shown on their paper statements.

What the hell did you just do to your app. The ridiculous and unnecessary amount of CONSTANT re-verification is annoying and ridiculous. I have been a member here, and had the same PC and phone, lived in the same area for YEARS. Why this stupid thing keeps needing to verify again and again despite clicking 'remember this device' every time is nauseating. I now get 'potential identity theft' notifications all the time for basic shopping. PLEASE FIX THIS.

Very dissapointed with the new system. I used to be able to see the amount of interest taken out on every payment to my loan through the transaction details. That option is not available anymore and I have been told the only way to do this now is to open up each individual monthly statements. I really miss the ease of the old system.
