Not user friendly, I'll be refinancing ASAP. I can't even use the app because it tells me my username/password are incorrect, but the exact same username and password work when I sign-in using a browser. They also require you to provide your account number if you select the 'forgot username' or 'forgot password' options, but you need access to your account in order to get your account number.. They don't accept your member number or the last four digits that are shown on their paper statements.

What the hell did you just do to your app. The ridiculous and unnecessary amount of CONSTANT re-verification is annoying and ridiculous. I have been a member here, and had the same PC and phone, lived in the same area for YEARS. Why this stupid thing keeps needing to verify again and again despite clicking 'remember this device' every time is nauseating. I now get 'potential identity theft' notifications all the time for basic shopping. PLEASE FIX THIS.

I'm about to go to my bank take all my money out and have it not be my bank anymore!!. Ideal Credit Union charged me for almost $600 in multiple $36 overdraft fees!!.I mean who does that to their long time clients!!..& I explained to the lady that I have the money in my savings $1,900 to be exact. & I was about to top off my checking account but They allowed that to happen instead! they're app loads slow & stupidly LAGS!!.& THE REASON WHY THEY HAVEN'T UPDATED THEIR APP:They milked me for $65
