This app will allow you, a Buddy's Home Furnishings customer, to shop, make payments on an existing rental agreement, and communicate with the store via messaging. You can use the same username and password to log in to your existing Buddy's Home Furnishings account as your online payments website account. If you do not have online payments set up, sign up by clicking the “Sign Up” link at the bottom of the login page to set up online payments. Once you select this link, you will be asked to create a username and password to link this app to your active Buddy's account. You will need the customer and agreement numbers listed in your existing rental agreement with Buddy's Home Furnishings. You can also call your local Buddy's Home Furnishings store, and they can give you this information.

With Shop, you are directed to Buddy's website. There, you can view deals, shop for desired items, and submit a deposit using the Online Payment System.
You will find a wide assortment of items available for rent from your Buddy's store.

Overcharging me for a ps5 that has a disc drive that doesn't even work , gave me an old dirty cord that doesn't even go to a ps5 to charge the controller with , when I made multiple payments in advance and the app shows I owe nothing for multiple dates they still charge my account every week. Charged me for "Diamond Elite" before I agreed to anything, and still do. Seems to be something very wrong with Buddy's Rentals.

I can't even log into my account every since the new update. Now it's telling me that my account number or email is invalid

I loved paying on the website. It was always smooth easy and quick. But now more and more companies are shoving apps down our throats to make payments. My phones cluttered enough as it is. Bring back the option to pay online
