About this app

iDelivery Garçom is the official app for waiters and restaurant staff who use the iDelivery platform.

With it, your team can quickly serve tables directly from their cell phones—without relying on the cash register computer.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Table map — view the dining area and quickly open orders
• Full menu — add items, notes, and customizations
• Send to kitchen and bar — orders go directly to production
• Push notifications — notify you when items are ready
• Payments and closing — full, partial, by item, split bill, and multi-method
• Service charge and number of people per table — configure on the order
• Share order — send the summary when needed

HOW TO USE

1. The establishment registers the waiter in the iDelivery panel (phone number and PIN)
2. Activate the Waiter module in Settings → Dining Area
3. In the app, enter the registered phone number and PIN
4. Ready — start serving tables

REQUIREMENTS

• Active iDelivery account with Waiter module enabled
• Cash register open in the panel to register payments

The app is exclusively for restaurant staff. It is not intended for the end customer.
