We've used them for years, got behind during covid and had to stop using the services. They continued billing us and they contacted us to get us back as customers. Said they could wipe out most of the old debt and we could pick up with the $99 first month special running. Looked at our banking app this morning and they just hit us over and over and over until it was nothing left to get. Thanks Identifix for abusing your ability to pull from our account. Just checked it out. Looks nice. Pulled up a vehicle I'm working on, the service manual on the website has the R&R, this app doesn't. Price of this service is too high imo, for the low quality user experience as is. I want to like it....I'll check back in a few months and see if it is better.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, AVOID!! One of the poorest excuses of an app to justify a $29 price hike. They have a link so they can look YOUTUBE videos up for you?? Like I don't know how to do that already?? Thanks for the idea, I think I'll just cancel my subscription and start using YouTube more often. Terrible decision and it will reflect on loss of overall sales I'd imagine.
