update: customer service reached out directly and discussed my technical issues. I really appreciate Dave taking the time to resolve the issues with me as well as explaining the new additions to the app. outstanding customer service. the app is well thought out and organized. after update. app no longer pulls vins automatically. I'm sure they'll continue to raise my monthly rate anyway tho.

We've used them for years, got behind during covid and had to stop using the services. They continued billing us and they contacted us to get us back as customers. Said they could wipe out most of the old debt and we could pick up with the $99 first month special running. Just checked it out. Looks nice. Pulled up a vehicle I'm working on, the service manual on the website has the R&R, this app doesn't. Price of this service is too high imo, for the low quality user experience as is. I want to like it....I'll check back in a few months and see if it is better.
