Are you serious?! I open the app to manage my account, and you blast me with full volume ringing and screaming advertisements?!! Edit: So, I disabled that setting (which you hid at the very bottom, beyond bank registration numbers and other data useless for customers). And when I open my app again, what do I see? YET ANOTHER AD SCREAMING AT ME of something like "pushpushon"! And you call this "a good customer service"?! It really pushes me to think of switching to a different bank.

it's an okay app but very confusing ui, charges are often "repeated" as ghost charges showing same charge both pending and completed and the lack of english is quite sad, I can barely understand what I'm reading

, Hi, right now the app only exists in Hebrew. I will forward the feedback to the relevant department. In the meantime, you can log in to view the account through the Bank's website in English> At the entrance to the marketing site, select International in the upper right corner. Bank Hapoalim
