Ratings and reviews

Their available appointment times from search are NEVER what they actually are. For example, they may give you a doctor with first availability in may, but he's only available in July when you're about to book it. Also, it's very complicated to filter appointments by location. It should be simple and user friendly

Update : 2026 The app is crashing on Android 17!!! The app is quite reasonable when is working but, few really critical problems 1. the app doesn't keep preferences about login options. 2. in search you have to press twice the button to work. 3. there is no English 4. worse - it presents WRONG INFORMATION SO KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU HAVE TO CHECK EVERYTHING OVER THE PHONE.

The app works fine overall. One thing: if I make an appointment, I can later change only the date/time, but not the doctor/lab, which is quite annoying. Please, make it more flexible.
