The innovative application allows you to personalize your home screen and includes a wide variety of new services such as visit summary, queue editing, first password retrieval, identification with a one time code
And all the services you know and love such as: scheduling appointments, viewing lab tests, requests from the doctor, submitting a request for a commitment form (Form 17)

Ratings and reviews

Every time you put the app in the background for a second, the app signs yo out. Very annoying. Also, the availability of the appointments it shows are not up to date, it may show you a date for a doctor and an option to book, once you click and you go through everything, it tells you in the end that booking an appointment is not available at this time. So why would you keep showing me this in the first place?

I forgot my password and lost my credit card. Trying to log in - impossible. It is for only god know what sake asking for the last 4 digits of my credit card that I've lost. I can't log in to change payment method. This is ridiculous. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Upd. After 40 min waiting on the line i got response from macabi tech support - they said they can change it over the phone but they cannot accept debit card. Isn't it crazy?

Need more language options other than hebrew, please make the app accessible to all users who speak various languages. Very easy to use (ones I get the hang of the language)
