I have 2 indoor plugs that work great. I have an outdoor plug that worked well for awhile, stopped working, I reinstalled, it worked for awhile then stopped working again ... but over the space of couple years. I ordered a new outdoor plug ... it would NOT connect at all. Not. At. All. I requested a return & mentioned that the device isn't working. They authorized the return ... at my expense ... with a 15% restocking fee. I ask you ... what sort of nonsense is this?!?!? Stick with more recent outdoor plugs. I will have to complain to my credit card company to get a refund on the entire purchase. The app is fine though

I use this app only for my iDevices hardware and it's underwhelming at best, frustrating at worst. It lacks basic functionality like adjusting schedules for daylight savings time (apparently Congress will fix that). You can group products together in the app, but can't create a schedule for that group. You can not create a schedule based on sun up/down times w/o a third party ITTT account. Works OK, but is missing some very basic features.

Constantly offline and unable to control with both Amazon echo and Google home assistant. Works about 50% of the time with an additional 25% if I tell them to turn on when already on before telling them to shut off. Wish I wouldn't have invested so much in a complete kit (outside switches, inside switches, light controls), too much invested to start over again. They work well with the app, but that's useless because I could then just use a wall switch.
