PARENTS & GUARDIANS — Confirm event availability, register players, manage club subscriptions and sign-on fees, participate in team polls, and read club news.

COACHES — Create and schedule events, view real-time availability from parents, manage team rosters, run polls, submit expense claims with receipt photos, and access club documents.

CLUB ADMINISTRATORS — Manage teams, memberships, payments, and club content via the web portal.
